Rotterdamse Munt is an oasis of scent where we grow herbal tea, leafy greens and edible flowers for herb salad and a lot of seasonings for a special twist to your favourite dish. Take-home herbal mixes
We mix the herbs from the garden in our ‘herb lab’, and we’re continuously working on new ideas and flavours. The dynamics of the city and the seasons lend itself to a surprising diversity of herb products. In the webshop you can find the current results of our work.

Are you curious about the edible plants that the city has to offer and would you like to discover, experience and taste them? In the herb garden there are plenty of opportunities for young and older, for fun and learning. You can also tell us your ideas and wishes, so we can come up with a tailor-made programme together.

Would you like to contribute to creating a green and healthy city? Just buying your groceries locally already has a big impact. You can invest in education for children, young people and adults. We have a wonderful programme to develop ‘green’ talent, with which we also help develop the city. You can also participate by joining as a volunteer in the garden. We have various open positions, so there is a good chance you will find one that suits you in our young organisation.
